Quickshell instead of waybar, swaync, hyprlock, etc...

Used dots for quickshell, that already existed and added virtual
keyboard to their lockscreen.
Fixed issue with emacs not starting
Deleted waybar config
Disabled blueman by default
Added xournalpp
