Shannon McPherson 7e4c979515 vulkan: Update vulkan.hpp for VS2015 VT fix ... Visual Studio 2015 is used by AppVeyor during GitHub CI testing and was reporting errors concerning ambiguous `operator==` when building `cubepp` in the Vulkan-Tools repository.
