Ben Clayton b8c3386ec0 CMake: break up glslang into smaller static libs ... Add `GenericCodeGen` and `MachineIndependent` static library targets. Privately import both of these into the `glslang` target. Privately import `MachineIndependent` into the `SPIRV` target.
