The array size of gl_SampleMask and gl_SampleMaskIn is ceil(gl_MaxSamples/32)
Oes spec says:
    For the both the input array gl_SampleMaskIn[] and the output array gl_SampleMask[], bit B of mask M
    (gl_SampleMaskIn[M] or gl_SampleMask[M]) corresponds to sample 32*M+B. These arrays have
    ceil(gl_MaxSamples/32) elements, where gl_MaxSamples is the maximum number of color samples
    supported by the implementation.

    But glslang report error "array must have size before use length".

    {
    for (int i = 0; i < gl_SampleMask.length(); ++i)

* Add two test items, one is for gl_MaxSapmles = 32 and the other one is for gl_MaxSapmles = 64.

a187f47e2c Move overflow_underflow_toinf_0 from runtests to gtest
gtest is the preferred framework for simple tests that don't require
passing special command-line options to glslang.

52c59ecd3d Fix interpolant ES error
The restriction of no swizzling and no struct fields as an interpolant
were not being checked when using the ES profile.

Clean the implementation of GL_EXT_texture_shadow_lod.
Move the parameter verifictation to a centralized place where all the builtins
are verified for correctness.

Add verification for the new builtins with version and extension check
These builtins are supported on GLSL since version 130 and GLES since
version 300.

The glsl spec says:A shader will fail to compile if the value passed to the mem argument of an atomic memory function does not
correspond to a buffer or shared variable.

7015bd658e Web: Remove/rationalize a set of *_EXTENSIONS, using GLSLANG_WEB.
Focus was on the front end (not SPIR-V), minus the grammar.
Reduces #ifdef count by around 320 and makes the web build 270K smaller,
which is about 90% the  target size.

The grammar and scanner will be another step, as will the SPIR-V backend.
This makes heavy use of methods #ifdef'd to return false as a global way
of turning off code, relying on C++ DCE to do the rest.

83170e3f7a Enable GL_KHR_shader_subgroup properly
(and GL_NV_shader_subgroup_partitioned) based on GL/ES version
instead of predicating it on vulkan SPV generation

Also add AST testing.
The glsl.450.subgroup* files are largely the same as the spv.subgroup*
The glsl.es320.subgroup* files are the same as the 450 versions, but modified to be ES compatible.

81a63f1de0 Add conversion folding when the source is a constant.
This change adds unary conversion folding when the source is a constant.
This fixes an ISV issue whereby:

```
const float16_t f = float16_t(42.0);
```

Wouldn't compile because the conversion operator would always produce an
EvqTemporary when it could have produced an EvqConst.

I've also added a test case that proves out that all basic-type to
basic-type conversions work.
