150b7acd9a Restore r26192, r26240, r26241: All three about implicit-array sizing design and implementation. *Minus* test results. 
r26192: Link-time sizing of implicitly-sized arrays and handling of anonymous blocks containing implicitly-sized members.  Also changed "__anon" to "anon@" and encapsulated it.

r26240: Solidify the sharing of struct and array information between nodes and variables: A single copy now allows for simultaneously setting array size for all effected nodes and symbols of a given type. This allowed removal of ioArrayNodeResizeList and makes nodes of implicitly sized arrays know the final size.

r26241: Fix g++ issue with wanting non-const iterator.

75694fdacd Implement implicit conversions of function-call arguments (both in and out) as explicit conversions in the AST, through handleArgumentConversions(). 
Also
 - uniformly handle EvqConstReadOnly as an input argument in a function, with 
   isParamInput() and isParamOutput() queries in TQualifier.
 - provide a makeTemporary() in TQualifier, for erasing original qualification when making a temp
 - provide a makeInternalVariable() call to make a shader variable not seen in the shader source

ac1e188f3b GL_ARB_enhanced_layouts, part 6: Numerical side of uniform offset and align semantics. Included 
- moving offset calculations for std140/std430 from reflection to linkValidate.cpp
 - applying the offset/align rules on top of std140/std430
 - removing caching the structure's number of components (and correcting that this is components, not size)

77d908af8a Added constant folding for relational (e.g. lessThan) built-ins, relational built-ins for uints, and bitwise ops for mixed scalars and vectors.

fb57e7cc5e Add ES 3.0 fragment output link-time test for outputs having or not having location qualifiers. 
Also split linker validation into its own file, removed dead "QualifierAlive" files, printed errors for parsing problems with built-in symbols,  updated the Windows binary, and added some tests.

f2ee3dd46a Add full support for uniforms with initializers, including intra-stage link validation of aggregate constant initializers. 
This included 
 - encapsulating aggregate constants
 - removal of constant-aggregate comparison algorithms, instead using a flattened and direct std::vector comparison
 - adding structure type comparison for independently declared structures that still might match types

9839e2440e Unify the 8 grammar productions for declaring variables. This greatly simplifies making changes for this set of productions. 
This change also naturally picks up redeclarations of built-in arrays and the addition of the remaining linker objects of const, arrays, etc.

337dbc7d8c Add basic intra-stage linking validation for matching types and qualification of uniforms/ins/outs/globals, function body duplication, and mixing ES/non-ES shaders. 
Still need to handle arrays and built-in redeclarations, and many more rules, but this puts the basics in place.

5f753e0222 Full thread safety working: 
- don't use [] for map lookups, it can modify the map
 - copy up built-in symbols out of shared symbol table levels before modifying them
 - enforce shallow vs. deep TType copies
 - combine maxArraySize with the array dimensions vector, encapsulate
 - remove chaining of array types

c027579631 Put in infrastructure for tessellation, geometry, and compute stages, and partially flesh out with built-in functions. 
Added the built-in functions EmitVertex(), EndPrimitive(), barrier(), memoryBarrier(), memoryBarrierAtomicCounter(), memoryBarrierBuffer(), memoryBarrierImage(), memoryBarrierShared(), and groupMemoryBarrier().

Have not added any new built-in variables.

Also changed the linear performance relateToOperator() to a high-performance version.

5f1a0b7998 Eliminate flex as the GLSL lexical analyzer, going from two nested lexical analyzers down to one, leaving just the preprocessor's lexical analysis. A new layer replaces it, to translate from the preprocessor's view of tokenization to glslang's view of tokenization. 
Also:
 - change source locations from an int to TSourceLoc (shader number, line number) throughout
 - various improvements to the preprocessor

1fde51d3fb 1) Don't propagate precision of built-in function arguments to return type when return type is bool (e.g., isnan). 
2) Check an additional path for missing default precision qualification, except allow built-in declarations to pass the check.

06f8464fb5 Create linkage symbol nodes in the AST so a linker has access to all global objects that were declared, for error checking, etc. Use it now for all ins/outs/uniforms as well as gl_VertexID and gl_InstanceID. 
Also fixed a confusing name and added more 'const'.

f0fdc53e2a Implement non-square matrices, and make a few type improvements. Cleaned up a few old issues. Added two tests. 
Details
 - added all the new non-square types
 - separated concepts of matrix size and vector size
 - removed VS 6.0 comments/workarounds
 - removed obsolete concept of matrix fields

59ddbafb62 Have non-ES profiles always use EpqNone (no precision qualifier) rather than using highp. This keeps precision qualifiers out of error messages, IL dumps, etc., and avoids the precision propagation algorithm.
