This fixes a couple of integer overflows in parsing as well as removes
the construction of a null reference that never got dereferenced.
This also initializes the bool members in TCall
Finally, this adds a UBSAN run alongside ASAN and TSAN in CI.
Add support for GL_ARB_shading_language_include. Usage is identical to
the way GL_GOOGLE_include_directive currently works glslang (since
GL_ARB_shading_language_include is inherently a runtime feature and
glslang is an offline compiler).
Users can simulate their runtime environment by using a custom
glslang::TShader::Includer or using filenames that match their GL
runtime names.
Closes#249.
This adds a new fullyExpanded flag that makes sure that macro arguments
only get expanded once. This can happen either in PrescanMacroArg, or, if
there is token pasting or a function-like macro name has been passed as
an argument and may need to be expanded when used as a function.
* Preprocessor related fix
1). Accoding to ESSL spec : All macro names containing two consecutive underscores ( __ ) are reserved for future use as predefined macro names, so just report a warning instead of error when the shader defines the macro names begining with '__';
2. According to spec: If an implementation does not recognize the tokens following #pragma, then it will ignore that pragma, so report a compile-time warning intead of error for the following statement:
#pragma debug(1.23)
3. The 'defined' macro should be allowed to expand and '__LINE__' should be allowed to be replaced with its original line number (otherwise, other expanding macros may change this value).
4. Add a flag 'indentifierSeen' in PPContext to indicate whether the any non-preprocessor tokens is existed before the extension directives, because the built-in symbols and functions are parsed before paring the user shader, so add a 'shaderSource' flag to check this error only for the user shader source;
5. Add missing type int16 and uint16.

According to ES3.0 spec: It is an error to undefine or to redefine a built-in (pre-defined) macro name.
This rule is aimed to the __LINE__, __FILE__, __VERSION__ and GL_ES,
the keyword "defined" should not be restricted by this rule,
so change the compile error to warning and make the following shader compile successfully.

Saved about 21K, size down to 380K of MSVC x86 code.
Fixed one bug that needs to be looked at on the master branch:
The test for needing a Vulkan binding has a bug in it, "!layoutAttachment"
which does not mean "no layoutAttachment", because that is non-zero.
This is why some test and test results changed.
Focus was on the front end (not SPIR-V), minus the grammar.
Reduces #ifdef count by around 320 and makes the web build 270K smaller,
which is about 90% the target size.
The grammar and scanner will be another step, as will the SPIR-V backend.
This makes heavy use of methods #ifdef'd to return false as a global way
of turning off code, relying on C++ DCE to do the rest.
This fixes the comparison in macro body redefinitions, where initial
white-space differences do not matter, but internal white-space differences
do matter.
When glslang is built with some other build system and lumped/unity builds are used,
without the checks this would get “macro is being redefined” warnings/errors.
Use an explicit cast from size_t to int to avoid errors like the following:

Any previous use would only be for "", which would probably mean changing
include(...) -> includeLocal(...)
See comments about includeLocal() being an additional search over
includeSystem(), not a superset search.
This also removed ForbidIncluder, as
- the message in ForbidIncluder was redundant: error results were
already returned to the caller, which then gives the error it
wants to
- there is a trivial default implementation that a subclass can
override any subset of (I still like abstract base classes though)
- trying to get less implementation out of the interface file anyway
- fixed ParseHelper.cpp newlines (crlf -> lf)
- removed trailing white space in most source files
- fix some spelling issues
- extra blank lines
- tabs to spaces
- replace #include comment about no location
- some paths didn't release 'res'
- token is always '\n' after proper acceptance of the directive itself,
so no need to test it, change it to '\n', etc.
- assuming setCurrentColumn(0) is not needed unless there are header tokens,
but not clear why it is ever needed
Note: much of the simplified code read as if the included header tokens had
actually been processed, versus queued up for processing; maybe that explains
some things.
